How You Can Eliminate Inches Off Your Stomach In Merely A Week
To lose inches fast you`re going to need to zap your system. Hey it took time to add that extra layer around your stomach and it`s also going to take time to get it off!

The 2x1 portion control method is something I use myself each day to stay lean and keep my calories where they need to be. To do it, you just use the subsequent formula at every meal (4 meals per day maximum):
2 x fist-sized portions of lean protein (chicken with no skin, lean meat, fish, tofu)
1 x fist-sized serving of a healthy carbohydrate (brown rice, mixed vegetables).
If you ball up your hand into a fist you are going to see that it looks like an ideal portion size. Simply make sure that your meal size is composed of no more than 3 fist-sized amounts of food, with 2 of those servings being a lean protein and 1 of them being a positive carbohydrate. No white breads, no white rice, no starches like potatoes, etc.
Remember, you`re seeking to shed pounds in as short a time as is possible. If your diet isn`t right it will not work and you`re going to get frustrated. Follow the 2x1 system at all meals and you`ll end up at the end of the day being under 1,200 total calories...that is a great level for weight reduction.
No cheating, no sauces, no toppings, absolutely nothing that contains sugar or calories. Just great natural food that is fulfilling. If you need a little taste I suggest lemon, a few squeezes of a lemon on chicken or steak or fish makes it taste much saltier than it is...without salt`s water retention trouble!
Eat Right, But You Have to Workout Too
Due to the fact that you`re trying to achieve this in only a week, I want you to shock your body physically as well as nutritionally. Which means I want you to workout for 30 minutes on 5 of the 7 days you`re attempting to shed pounds this week. It`s not necessary to torture yourself, choose something fun like dancing, or kickboxing, or riding your bike outdoors.
Everything is okay so long as you do it for a half hour. Be sure you concentrate on the activity while you`re executing it, the brain loves to help you slim down by working behind the scenes to make your pursuits happen.
